Terms and Conditions
Accommodation will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date. Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation, or ‘non arrival’. No persons other than those quoted for, are permitted to share the accommodation.
Please note that all guests are required to present a valid photo ID upon check in. A valid driver’s license, passport or ID is accepted forms of identification.
Bookings where the guest is not the credit card holder will not be accepted unless the guest produces a copy of the credit card and a valid copy of the card holder’s ID upon check in.
“RIGHT OF ADMISSION IS RESERVED." Regrettably no visitors allowed.
Insurance: To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract. All guests confirming a booking are advised to take out insurance to cover the full cost of their accommodation in the event of a cancellation. We will seek compensation for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be re-let, including premature curtailment.
Check-in Time: from 14h00 until 18h00. Late check-ins to be arranged prior to arrival. Check-ins after 9 pm will incur a surcharge of R750.00.
PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE NO CHECK INS AFTER 23H00.
Please note that this is a noise free zone. Excessive noise will not be tolerated.
This is a non smoking unit. It will be greatly appreciated if you will refrain from smoking inside the unit. Thank you.
An R1000.00/unit security deposit is payable on arrival. This deposit includes R500.00 breakage deposit and will be refunded after departure, pending any damage or breakage. A R500.00 Cleaning Fee is also included and will be refunded after departure, pending the state of the unit, including dirty dishes.
Kindly note that this is self-catering accommodation and it is expected that the guest will keep the unit in a but as a special service we offer the following:
The unit is serviced daily between 10h00 and 12h00 – This Basic Cleaning consists of making beds, sweeping the room, cleaning of bathroom and kitchen and morning dishes ONLY. If dishes are left from the night before a fee of R100.00 will be payable. No cleaning on Sundays/Public Holidays. Linen and towels are ONLY replaced after DAY 5 – to save water and be more environmentally friendly, we do not change sheets/towels on a daily basis. Should you need a deep clean, this can be requested at a fee of R100.00/day ON DAY OF ARRIVAL.
Cleaning equipment and materials available in the Broom Cupboard for your own use. There is also a washing machine if you need to do washing. Additional ironing and washing of clothing can be requested at an extra cost – R100.00/day
Booking Terms: A Non-Refundable 50% deposit is payable to confirm the booking. In cases of a single nights booking: A Non-Refundable 100% deposit is paid to confirm the booking. Balance to be paid in full before arrival.
Cancellations: All Deposits are NON Refundable.
